Product Description

The DDS02.1-A150-DA07-02-FW is a modular control device manufactured by Rexroth Indramat for application in highly advanced industrial production systems. This drive controller is specially designed to allow for the flexible combination of industrial servo motors and AC main drives into one compact unit that uses one power supply module. The DDS02.1-A150-DA07-02-FW industrial drive controller is also a safe and environmentally friendly device that contains numerous configuration modules installed into the slots U1 to U5 present in its housing unit. This device does not contain an atom of silicon and asbestos; thus, it is perfectly safe for application in any industrial environment.

The heat generated in the housing unit of this drive controller is effectively controlled via forced ventilation, thus to facilitate this temperature regulation mechanism, operators should ensure the drive controller is strategically installed in a position that will allow for the easy movement of cool air in and out of the device. Under normal operating conditions, this drive controller uses a continuous current of 105 Amperes; it can, however, also use a maximum input current of about 150 Amperes. Also, the DDS02.1-A150-DA07-02-FW drive controller has a total weight of approximately 11 kilograms. The housing of this drive controller meets the IP10 protection class; this housing is designed to protect the controller's internal components from foreign solid materials with an external diameter higher than 50 millimeters. However, this drive controller is vulnerable to liquid and very small solid particles; thus, it should be installed in an external control cabinet that will meet at least the IP54 protection category.  

The DDS02.1-A150-DA07-02-FW is not supplied with a software module; this has to be specially ordered by the operator depending on the industrial application for which the drive controller is designed.
