The DDS02.1-A100-DS46-02-FW is a durable rapid response drive produced by the company. This model excels in assembly line automation and can be used for different categories of drive control tasks. The drive controller finds its application in areas where the speed and position in induction and synchronous motors have to be regulated. A high accuracy and precision are ensured because of the closed loop feedback system of the drive controller. The feedback loop monitors the current speed and position status and maps it against the programmed values. If there is any mismatch between the values, adjustments are made instantly. Because of the use of high quality resolver, the position control is highly precise. The position of the motor shaft can be monitored at every instant and can be adjusted accordingly.

The DDS02.1-A100-DS46-02-FW is suitable for use in all areas where the relative humidity is below 95%. This model has an ingress protection standard IP 20 implemented that protects the device from damage caused by solid objects of a diameter more than 12.5 mm. This drive controller will give its optimum performance in areas where the ambient temperature is less than 45 °C and more than 5 °C. This model’s peak current and maximum current have the same value i.e. 90 A. The continuous current and peak current of this model are 100 A and 80 A respectively. This model has many user friendly features and can be operated with different Rexroth motors including the MKD and LAR motors. The firmware used in this model is installed in a replaceable module.
