The DDC digital intelligent servo drive model DDC01.2-K200A-R was developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for cutting-edge manufacturing automation platforms.

This drive supports electric power of 3-phase 220 - 230 V (+15%/-10% or +10%/-15%) and works across frequencies from 50 Hz to 60 Hz, which allows international power network integration. The unit works in tough environments because its IP65 protection shields it from dust and handles low-pressure water safely. The module satisfies high-performance requirements with a 200 A peak current and 90 A short-term current levels for half of a 100-second cycle. It continues to be rated at 45 A. Applications requiring fast-changing circumstances require torque and speed control, and its useful mechanical performance peak rating provides 33 kW of both. In order to securely manage energy recovery during braking operations, the drive system has integrated DC bus dynamic braking features in addition to a 0.25 kW bleeder power output.

The system operates at its best between +5 °C and +45 °C, then at +55 °C, it becomes less useful. To facilitate installation, the product unit offers two control connection ways in addition to comprehensive fault detection via screw terminals.
