The DDC01.1-K150A-DL02-01-FW model is equipped with a DLC single-axis positioning module which allows the drive to be operated as a digital intelligent AC servo drive controller. The DDC digital servo drive controller is protected by IP 65 protection class which provides complete resistance against dust particles and low-pressure water jets. The controller comes in a compact design and it takes electrical connection directly from the 3 × 380 – 460 V power source. The DDC digital servo drive controller can be configured by installing various plug-in modules in the basic unit of the drive controller. The model is equipped with a bleeder resistor which dissipates the continuous power of 0.25 kW. The maximum regenerated power of the bleeder resistor is approximately 15 kWs. The net weight of the model is 22 kg excluding the weight of accessories and mounting kit. The maximum power loss of the drive controller is 500 W and the heat effect produced as the result of power loss is overcome by a heat sink blower unit.

The model DDC01.1-K150A-DL02-01-FW consists of a basic unit (DDC01.1-K150A), a DLC single-axis positioning module (DLC 1.1), a software module (DSM 2.1), optional auxiliary plug-in modules, and the configuration rating plate. An H1 status display is placed in this model for diagnosing faults and errors. The model comes with digital servo feedback and takes a motor feedback connection through the X4 interface. The RS-232 interface is installed in this model for connecting a VT-100 terminal or PC. A battery is placed in this model for storing the operating parameter of the model in RAM memory. The permissible temperature range for the model is +5 to +45 degree Celsius, without reduction in rated data. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
