Product Description:
The DDC01.1-K150A-DL02-01-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It regulates torque, speed, and position of synchronous motors in automated machinery, allowing controlled motion on transfer units, indexing stations, and similar equipment. The unit is series 1 and version 1, and it includes the DL02 single-axis positioning command module for point-to-point motion without an external motion controller. Its integrated control functions allow stored positioning moves to be handled directly at the axis, which suits machines that do not need centralized motion hardware for every servo channel. A sealed metal housing allows mounting close to the actuator, which helps shorten motor cables and supports compact machine layouts.
The analog output provides ±10 V for velocity or torque references, and the logic inputs use 24 V DC with a current draw of 150 mA. The power stage delivers up to 150 A of continuous current for compatible servo motors. This current level matches motors used in the 100 A to 200 A noise-emission class. Internal monitoring disconnects the power link if the voltage rises above 475 V or drops below 200 V, which helps protect internal components during abnormal supply conditions. Cooling is done by natural air convection, and the housing requires 65 mm of side clearance so airflow can pass the surfaces without obstruction.
The analog monitor channel is limited to 4 mA, which helps prevent external indicators from placing too much load on the signal over longer cable runs. A built-in power relay switches AC 230 V / 6 A for contactor coils, and a separate ready relay carries 24 V DC at 1 A for status reporting. These relay outputs separate contactor control from drive-ready signaling for external control circuits. Installation requires 300 mm of free space above the housing to maintain vertical airflow. The cast housing is rated IP65, which helps protect the drive in dusty or splash-prone production areas.
