The DDC01.1-K050B-RS03-03-FW is a drive controller designed for the control of digital AC servo drives that provide kinetic energy in industrial production and processing systems. This unit is an IP65 product that can be directly installed to the forward feet unit; also, it is not affected by dust and water splash from the environment. A full configuration of this controller is necessary for its proper operation. A fully configured unit is expected to include a basic unit, a DLC single-axis positioning module, the software module, and the configuration rating plate. Each of these components is inserted into slots UL to U5 in the housing of the industrial converter. This unit does not generate high heat levels during its operation; its design allows it to efficiently get rid of heat using external air.

The DDC01.1-K050B-RS03-03-FW drive controller operates with a rated current supply of about 50 amperes; it is also characterized by its ability to maintain a reduced noise emission at its standard rated current. The industrial motor design considered compatible with this drive controller includes the MDD AC servo motor series. This motor unit can come with digital servo feedback and a multi-encoder unit.
