The DDC01.1-K050B-DS60-50-FW is an intelligent Digital AC controller designed to provide efficient and accurate control of the speed, position, and torque output of servo motor units. This controller is built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and provides accurate motion control by adjusting the current and voltage supply to the connected motor. Unlike most controllers used in automation systems, this unit is designed to be able to withstand operation in polluted environments; it's IP65 housing protection makes it possible for it to resist dust, water splash, and any other foreign interference. The high housing protection also makes it possible for the controller to be directly connected to forward feed units. The introduction of the forward feed unit eliminates the need for long power and motor feedback cables, which normally increase the risk of faults and interference.

The DDC01.1-K050B-DS60-50-FW controller is delivered as a fully equipped unit featuring the basic unit, single axis positioning module, software module and the auxiliary plug-in modules. The several modules integrated into this controller before operation allow the unit to meet and adapt to the several operation requirements of sophisticated industrial machines. The motor unit is also equipped with a bleeder resistor, which allows it to easily get rid of the excess regenerated energy it receives during motor deceleration. The bleeder resistor is installed inside the basic unit together with a DC bus rectifier, and a mains section for the control of voltages
