Product Description:
The DDC01.1-K050B-DS60-50-FW servo drive is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It provides closed-loop control and power conversion between the mains supply and a permanent-magnet motor in automated machinery. By combining power electronics with embedded regulation, the unit controls axis position, speed, and torque in packaging lines, material-handling gantries, and other automated motion systems. Digital servo feedback from the connected motor keeps position data synchronized with the drive controller, allowing the control loop to correct deviations as operating loads change.
The drive uses a SERCOS interface command module for deterministic bus communication, while its control logic is powered by an input of 24 V DC at 150 mA. Two analog monitor channels provide a signal range of ±10 V for loads drawing up to 4 mA, allowing connection to external displays or diagnostic equipment. The power stage supplies a continuous motor current of 50 A. An internal sensor limits operation if the DC bus exceeds 475 V, protecting components against overvoltage. The Bb safety relay can switch 24 V DC at 1 A. A separate Ud relay handles 250 V AC at 1 A and has a threshold of 200 V, allowing status signals to be sent to higher-level safety circuits.
Thermal regulation relies on natural air convection, so the drive does not require an internal blower. A holding brake powered by a 24 V line engages when the shaft speed falls to 10 rpm and must release within 0.4 seconds. The drive’s internal brake transistor controls these operating limits. Feedback wiring can extend up to 75 m, accommodating installation across gantry or conveyor systems. When the DC bus rises above the preset overvoltage point, the Ud contact disconnects the external mains supply. The drive has reduced noise emission at its full current rating. The product is Series 1 and Version 1.
