The Rexroth DDC01.1-F150A-DL08-00 is an advanced AC servo drive. It has a configuration designation of DL08-00. The output current rating of the AC drive is 150 Amps and it produces standard noise emissions at the motor. The drive is designed for liquid cooling. The DDC01.1-F150A-DL08-00 is housed in a compact IP 65 rated housing which also contains a mains rectifier and a bleeder for absorption of energy regenerated during braking. The DDC01.1-F150A-DL08-00 is compatible with MDD servo motors and can perform microprocessor based control and monitoring. The drive comes with integrated DLC 1.1 positioning module which makes it ideal for applications requiring single-axis positioning. Permissible ambient temperature range of the drive is 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. Above 45 degrees Celsius the drive output derates. The storage and shipping temperature range is from -30 to 85 degrees Celsius.

The maximum permissible relative humidity is 95%. Output power rating of the DDC01.1-F150A-DL08-00 will reduce if is installed at altitudes higher than 1000 meters above sea level. Components of a complete drive include a basic unit, software module (DSF), configuration plate, optional modules and a positioning module. The rating plate contains the following information: configured drive controller, basic unit, software module and plug-in modules. Before drive commissioning it should be verified that the drive specified on the rating plate is the one that is being used. The DSF module installs in slot U5 on the basic unit and contains the operating system for the drive and the parameters which guide the drive operation. Plug-in modules which can be installed the empty slots include DBS 2.2 Indrabus S modules and DEA 4.1 / DEA 5.1 / DEA 6.1 input / output interfaces.
