The DDC01.1-F150A-DL08-00 is a digital intelligent servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. As a single-axis controller, it supplies regulated power to a compatible Indramat servo motor and executes position loops in compact machinery or handling stations where coordinated axis motion is required. The drive supports synchronized motion in automated assembly cells and material-handling gantries that need repeatable position and speed control.
To match heavy transient loads, this model delivers a continuous output of 150 A, while its drive electronics trigger an overcurrent shutdown at 1.5 times the rated current. Overvoltage protection operates at 475 V, and an earth-fault trip is set at 0.5 x IN to protect the motor and cabling during abnormal electrical conditions. Heat produced by these currents is removed through liquid cooling, which helps the compact housing remain within thermal limits during sustained operation. The integrated command module provides single-axis positioning, and digital servo feedback from the attached motor closes the loop directly. Hardware connections include a 34-pin female X30 logic plug and a 9-pin male X31 feedback port on the front panel. The unit is Series 1 and Version 1.
The housing is sealed to IP65, so the drive can be mounted on a machine frame without a separate cabinet in suitable installations. User programs of up to 3000 blocks are stored in nonvolatile memory and executed in real time without an external controller, and stored data remains available after power is removed. Expansion is available through 5 plug-in slots on the backplane, and the service interface supports RS232/RS485 communication for setup and diagnostics. Status information can be exchanged through the communication interface while the drive manages motion control and monitors its own electrical limits during operation.
