Product Description:

Bosch Rexroth Indramat DDC1.2-N200A-DS63 digital servo drive delivers power and intelligence for industrial motion control systems. This unit is part of the worldwide renowned DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series which is known for intelligence, rapid dynamic response and energy efficiency in demanding applications.

The drive operates on 3 phase input voltage of either 220V (+15%/-10%) or 230V (+10%/-15%), 50 to 60 Hz, and is capable of delivering a peak current of up to 200 A. It also handles a short-term current of 90 A and a continuous average current of 45 A. Ideal for applications that require both short bursts of power and long term reliable applications. Its PWM can be regulated 4 kHz for smooth and accurate motor control.

The DDC1.2-N200A-DS63 can support a continuous mechanical load of 7.5 kW, a short-term mechanical load of 15 kW, and a usable mechanical peak load of up to 33 kW. It can control a broad spectrum of servo motors, ideal for such automation cases as CNC machinery, packaging systems and material handling setups

Its efficiency is shown by the fact that its power requirement should be a maximum of 22.5 kVA, with a power loss at max load of 500 W. Additional features include a bleeder circuitry with 0.25 kW continuous and 40 kW peak capacity, and the ability to handle up to 20 kWs of regenerated energy, supporting safe energy dissipation during deceleration. DDC1.2-N200A-DS63 is a heavy 22 kg robust platform that ensures the drive can handle harsh conditions and give reliable service. It has a smart design where it integrates digital intelligence and traditional servo control into one, providing a flexible and reliable solution for today's automation systems.
