The DDC01.2-N200A-DS47-02-FW digital intelligent servo drive is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. Serving as an axis amplifier, it converts mains power into controlled three-phase output for synchronous or induction motors used in machine tools, material handling lines, and other automated equipment. Integrated control electronics, power electronics, and digital feedback processing enable closed-loop regulation of torque, speed, and position. It is suited to applications that require coordinated axis response during positioning and speed-controlled motion.

The drive draws 22.5 kVA from the mains, and its power stage is rated for 200 A of continuous output current, allowing it to drive medium-frame motors under continuous load. Pulse-width modulation is generated at 4 kHz, which supports responsive torque control while keeping switching losses manageable. The enclosure has an IP65 rating that protects the electronics from dust and low-pressure water.
