Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures the DDC01.2-N200A-DL45-01-FW in the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It is a digital intelligent servo drive that regulates brushless motors in automated production lines. It serves as the power and control stage for servo axes that need coordinated speed and position regulation in packaging, handling, and other automated equipment. A built-in Single Axis Positioning command module handles path generation internally, so no external motion card is required. The unit is version 2 with function code 01.

The drive sustains a 7.5 kW continuous mechanical load while drawing a maximum stator current of 200 A. Switching devices operate at a carrier frequency of 4 kHz, which balances output waveform quality with semiconductor heating. Under rated load, thermal dissipation is 500 W, so cabinet ventilation must remove that heat. The enclosure has an IP65 protection rating, allowing direct mounting on the machine frame without an additional enclosure. The unit uses standard cooling, and its noise emission is standard for the 100 A to 200 A range. A continuous bleeder section absorbs 0.25 kW of regenerated energy and can accept up to 40 kW during brief braking events. Total input demand reaches 22.5 kVA during acceleration, and the converter tolerates a mechanical peak of 33 kW. Its short-term rating is 15 kW for overload moves, and up to 20 kWs of regenerated energy can be returned through the DC link before the bleeder activates. Installation is permitted up to 1000 m above sea level without derating. The unit has an overall shipping mass of 22 kg. The pulse-controlled bleeder limits power surges, and the power loss figures support sizing of auxiliary transformers and busbars.
