The DDC01.2-N200A-DL43-01-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It integrates a command module for single-axis positioning, so motion commands can be executed directly within the drive instead of relying only on external sequencing. By combining power electronics, control logic, and motor feedback processing in one housing, the unit supplies regulated energy to industrial servo motors for indexing, positioning, and speed-controlled motion in automated manufacturing and handling systems.

The drive provides a continuous output current of 45 A and supports sustained mechanical output of 7.5 kW. The inverter switches at 4 kHz, and the supply must provide 22.5 kVA at the input. Position information is processed through digital servo feedback, allowing the control section to track motor movement accurately during acceleration, deceleration, and hold states. Regenerative energy is absorbed by an internal bleeder, which dissipates returned power during braking and reduces stress on the DC link during deceleration. Dynamic braking is aided by a bleeder rated at 40 kW, providing short-term absorption of returned energy during rapid stopping.
