The DDC01.2-N200A-DL41-01-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It combines a power stage, a single-axis positioning command module, and regenerative circuitry in one enclosure. The device connects directly to compatible Indramat synchronous motors and reads feedback from an integrated digital encoder, allowing precise torque, speed, and position control without a separate external motion processor. In automated assembly lines, packaging stations, and material-handling gantries, it functions as the main interface between PLC motion commands and the driven axis. Its integrated layout keeps control and power functions in the same housing during operation.
The internal bleeder circuit dissipates regenerative energy continuously at 0.25 kW, while short bursts up to 40 kW are absorbed during rapid deceleration or vertical-axis movement. In normal duty, the unit delivers 200 A of controlled motor current, and the incoming supply must be sized for a maximum demand of 22.5 kVA.
