The DDC01.2-N200A-DL04-01-FW is a digital servo drive from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It combines power conversion with embedded motion control to energize synchronous servomotors in assembly lines, packaging stations, and material-handling cells. The unit regulates speed and position in closed loop while dissipating regenerated energy through its integrated bleeder circuitry. This arrangement allows the drive to manage axis behavior directly without relying on a separate external motion module for every command.
In continuous service, the drive supplies 200 A while drawing 22.5 kVA from the mains, and its pulse-width modulation clock is 4 kHz, which helps limit current ripple and motor noise. The power section delivers 7.5 kW continuously, tolerates 15 kW for short bursts, and reaches 33 kW during acceleration. A bleeder resistor removes surplus DC-bus energy; its steady dissipation is 0.25 kW and rises to 40 kW to clamp overvoltage events, with 20 kWs accepted per cycle. Internal losses are kept to 500 W and are removed by the standard forced-air cooling arrangement.
