The DDC01.2-N200A-DL01-01-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive in the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It combines power electronics, a single-axis positioning command module, and digital servo feedback so brushless motors can be controlled directly from a cabinet-mounted unit. In automated assembly lines, packaging machines, and material-handling stations, the drive closes the position loop internally and supports accurate single-axis motion without a separate external motion controller. Because the positioning module is built in, motion sequences can be handled inside the drive while encoder feedback is processed without a separate intermediate interface. This arrangement keeps command execution local to the axis and reduces the amount of external control hardware required around the drive.

The drive supplies a continuous motor current of 45 A, can deliver 90 A during short load peaks, and reaches a momentary maximum of 200 A for rapid acceleration. The line supply must provide up to 22.5 kVA, and internal losses are limited to 500 W, which are removed by airflow across the heat sink. These operating limits support a continuous mechanical load of 7.5 kW, with rated performance available in ambient temperatures up to +55 °C and at installation heights up to 1000 m. This current reserve helps the drive handle short overload events without immediately reducing axis performance. Digital feedback from the motor encoder lets the internal controller regulate speed and position with stable response during changing load conditions.

Regenerative energy is handled by an internal bleeder resistor with a continuous dissipation rating of 0.25 kW and a short-term capacity of 40 kW. This internal braking path allows decelerating energy to be absorbed in the drive during many operating cycles. Program memory stores up to 3000 sequential instructions, allowing the unit to execute detailed motion profiles directly inside the drive. The housing is rated IP65, which helps protect internal components against dust and low-pressure water spray. Standard noise emission for the 100 to 200 A class keeps acoustic output within normal factory expectations, and the enclosure can operate in areas where relative humidity reaches 95%.
