The DDC01.2-N200A-DC04-01-FW is a field-mountable servo drive supplied by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. As a standalone inverter and motion controller, it converts DC-link energy into regulated three-phase output for synchronous or induction motors used in automated machinery. The unit coordinates velocity and position loops through its INTERBUS-S command module, allowing decentralized integration with PLC networks.

This version 2 drive uses function code 04 with version 01 and relies on standard cooling while maintaining a rated output current of 200 A. Under continuous load, it supplies 45 A and 7.5 kW of mechanical power. For acceleration reserves, it can deliver 33 kW to the motor shaft while dissipating 500 W of internal power loss. The regenerative stage channels up to 0.25 kW through the bleeder resistor continuously and tolerates a peak of 40 kW in short bursts. Pulse-width modulation operates at 4 kHz, and the built-in digital servo feedback supports closed-loop motor control. Acoustic output is standard for the 100 A to 200 A range, and the assembly mass is 22 kg.

Short-duty S6-100 s operation extends the output envelope to 90 A and 15 kW, providing additional torque for indexing cycles without exceeding thermal limits. The power section can absorb as much as 20 kWs of regenerated energy before directing excess to the bleeder circuit. An IP65 enclosure protects the drive against dust and water jets during normal industrial use. The protection circuitry also monitors fieldbus communication, feedback integrity, and bleeder temperature. Air moves along the cooling fins without exposing the internal electronics to the surrounding environment, which supports reliable operation in washdown-prone and dusty machine areas.
