The DDC01.2-N200A-DA07-02-FW is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and included in the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It serves as the axis power stage in automated machinery, converting incoming power into controlled three-phase output for compatible synchronous servo motors. The unit also exchanges position data through digital servo feedback, allowing regulated torque and speed in packaging, printing, and handling equipment. Integrated power electronics, bleeder circuitry, and a plug-in command module are combined in one housing, so fewer external drive components are needed around the axis in compact machine layouts.
The drive supplies a continuous armature current of 45 A and can reach 90 A for short periods during acceleration or other temporary load changes. The inverter section is rated at 200 A, and the unit provides a continuous mechanical output of 7.5 kW with a short-term mechanical output of 15 kW. Heat is removed by standard cooling, and the housing is sealed to IP65 for installation directly on the machine. In normal duty, the power section loses 500 W and requires 22.5 kVA from the mains, while noise emission is standard for the 100 A to 200 A range.
A bleeder resistor inside the unit dissipates regenerated energy and handles 0.25 kW continuously with short-term absorption up to 40 kW. The intermediate circuit can store as much as 20 kWs before excess energy must be removed by the bleeder stage during deceleration. Control commands are processed through an integrated Analog Interface command module with function code 07, and position signals return through digital servo feedback for closed-loop regulation. This arrangement allows the drive to respond to motor feedback during velocity and position control, and the unit is series 1 with version 2 hardware.
