Product Description:
The DDC01.2-N200A-DA01-01-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It serves as the power and control stage between an Indramat supply module and a synchronous motor. The unit converts line power into regulated three-phase output, processes position feedback for closed-loop motion, and supports precise torque, speed, and position control in machining centers, packaging lines, and material-handling axes.
This model draws a line input of 22.5 kVA and delivers a rated motor current of 200 A through a command module with an analog interface. A ±10 V analog output loaded to 4 mA is available for status or velocity signals, and the digital servo feedback channel supports high-resolution position data for accurate axis control. Internally, the controller switches at a pulse frequency of 4 kHz to keep current ripple low while keeping switching losses under control. Continuous DC-bus dissipation is supported by a bleeder capacity of 0.25 kW, while short-term energy peaks are handled by a bleeder rated at 40 kW. Standard cooling moves air across the heat sink without external ductwork, the noise emission is standard for this drive class, and the unit is identified by function code 01, function-code version 01, hardware series 1, and drive version 2.
Environmental limits include a maximum ambient temperature of 55 °C, installation altitudes up to 1000 m, and absolute humidity not exceeding 25 g/m³. During line regeneration, the unit can absorb up to 20 kWs without external resistors, and excess energy is released as heat that contributes to a specified power loss of 500 W. The housing meets IP65, allowing cabinet-free mounting near the motor. The sealed enclosure supports installation close to the axis in plant areas exposed to coolant spray, dust, or frequent washdown.
