Product Description:
The DDC01.2-N100A-DS47-02-FW drive is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It is an all-in-one servo amplifier that converts network commands into regulated three-phase power for synchronous or induction motors used in automated material handling, assembly, and processing equipment. Integrated control, power, and feedback interfaces allow the device to be mounted close to the actuator, minimizing cabinet space and cable runs while providing precise velocity and position regulation. This arrangement also supports compact machine layouts where shorter motor leads are preferred.
The power stage supplies a continuous 100 A to the motor, giving the axis ample torque reserve for dynamic motion. An analog monitor channel offers ±10 V so external controllers or sensors can exchange real-time setpoints and status signals. Motion commands reach the unit through a SERCOS interface module that transmits deterministic data over fiber optics for synchronized communication. Excess DC-bus energy is handled by an internal bleeder capable of dissipating 0.25 kW without duty-cycle limits. The housing carries an IP65 rating and uses ambient-air cooling. Additional operating data include 6 kW of continuous mechanical output, 10 kWs of recoverable regenerated energy, a 4 kHz PWM carrier, and closed-loop digital servo feedback.
During short acceleration bursts, the drive can furnish a mechanical output of 17 kW, while an S6-100% duty cycle permits 12 kW for cyclic loads. Even at full capacity, the internal losses remain at 500 W, and the mains-side demand peaks at 18 kVA. These values help describe the heat load within the enclosure and the demand placed on the incoming supply. The unit weighs 22 kg and mounts with standard brackets. The drive is Series 1 and Version 2.
