Product Description:
The DDC01.2-N100A-DL02-01-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It integrates a single-axis positioning command module, so motion commands and feedback processing remain in one housing rather than being split across separate control components. Designed for plant automation lines, the device supplies controlled three-phase power to servomotors while simultaneously processing digital servo feedback to maintain positional accuracy during dynamic duty cycles, repeated start-stop operation, and coordinated movement in automated handling equipment.
With a rated output of 100 A, the drive can continuously energize medium-frame motors, and its input demand of 18 kVA determines the size of upstream protection and cabling. The unit supports a continuous mechanical load of 6 kW, a short-term capacity of 12 kW, and a peak output of 17 kW when rapid acceleration is required. Regenerated energy is dissipated through an internal bleeder rated at 0.25 kW continuously and up to 20 kW during brief events, with an energy storage limit of 10 kWs before excess energy must be removed. Standard cooling and a Standard noise emission class in the 100 A to 200 A range allow cabinet installation without added acoustic shielding. Electrical losses remain limited to 500 W at nominal operation, which helps the unit stay within the rated ambient limit of +45 °C.
The cast housing carries an IP65 rating, so the electronics resist dust and low-pressure water jets in industrial areas where airborne contamination is common. Operation is permitted at elevations up to 1000 m and at ambient temperatures up to +55 °C before derating is required. The drive uses Function Code 02 and Version 01 on a Series 1, Version 2 platform, and the internal command module stays synchronized with motor feedback over a digital serial link to maintain accurate single-axis control. The drive has a mass of 22 kg, which supports stable panel mounting without making the enclosure excessively bulky.
