The DDC01.2-N050C-RL01-01-FW model is designed and developed by Rexroth Indramat to control and monitor the functions of the AC servo motor. The model provides high dynamics and delivers continuous power at a broad speed range. The DDC01.2 servo drive is equipped with a DLC 1.1 single-axis positioning module that allows the drive to be operated as a digital intelligent single-axis positioning controller. The model belongs to the category of DIAX 04 (digital intelligent drive system). The DDC01.2 servo drive takes electrical power from the AC 3 × 220 – 230 V power source and a bleeder resistor is also placed in this model to dissipate the energy generated during braking. The bleeder resistor placed in this model dissipates the continuous power of 0.25 kW while operating at the rated current of 50 A. A blower unit is installed in this unit that uses external air for dissipating 500 W of heat which is generated during extreme loading conditions.
