Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures the DDC01.2-K200A-DA07-02-FW as part of the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. The unit is a digital intelligent servo drive intended to regulate torque, speed, and position for AC servo motors in automated production cells and material-handling stations. It uses an analog interface command module together with integrated digital servo feedback to close the control loop without external converters. This arrangement supports direct installation on machine-mounted systems that require a compact sealed drive.

The drive supplies a continuous phase current of 45 A and supports a mechanical output of 7.5 kW under natural-convection air cooling. A protection level of IP65 allows the housing to be mounted directly on machinery where dust and low-pressure water jets are present. A carrier pulse frequency of 4 kHz balances switching behavior with electromagnetic noise, while the rated output stage can deliver up to 200 A during short acceleration intervals. At full load, power demand reaches 22.5 kVA, and the noise emission is standard for units in the 100 A to 200 A range. The unit uses function code 07 and is Series 1, Version 2.

Energy returned from motor overrun is handled by a bleeder resistor that dissipates 0.25 kW continuously and accepts short peak loads during braking. Regenerative surges of up to 20 kWs are routed through this path so the DC bus voltage remains within an acceptable operating range. During rapid deceleration, the mechanical section can momentarily reach 33 kW, which supports demanding stop cycles without unnecessary interruption. The short-term output current capability is 90 A, giving additional margin above the continuous current level. An enclosure mass of 22 kg adds thermal stability and supports balanced mounting when several drives are installed on the same machine structure.
