The DDC01.1-K200A-DS01-02-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It forms the power and control stage between a PLC-based motion system and an AC servomotor, executing position, speed, and torque commands for automated machinery. Used in conveyors, packaging lines, and material-handling axes, the unit combines its control electronics, power section, and field cabling in a single enclosure to simplify cabinet layouts.

Electrically, the drive accepts a three-phase supply of 3 x 230 V AC and can provide up to 200 A of output current to the motor windings. Motion commands are processed through the SERCOS interface, allowing deterministic fiber-optic communication with higher-level controllers. Rotor position is returned over digital servo feedback, and this feedback line may extend as far as 75 m without signal repeaters. To keep semiconductor temperatures within limits, the housing relies on natural convection air cooling instead of forced ventilation, so no additional fans are required. The aluminum casting and sealed connectors meet the IP65 protection category, guarding internal boards against dust and low-pressure water jets. Ambient moisture must not exceed 25 g water/m³ air, and continuous service is permitted up to 1,000 m elevation without derating. A hardware monitor trips the unit if the DC bus reaches 475 V, while 745 V is the absolute maximum transient the semiconductors can tolerate. Acoustic output at the motor terminals falls within the standard 100 A to 200 A noise class.
