Product Description:
The DDC01.1-K200A-DL20-01-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It converts three-phase mains energy into precisely modulated output for one motor axis. As a digital servo drive, it serves as the power and control interface between the mains supply and a compatible servo motor. Closed-loop electronics help the unit maintain commanded velocity and position during repetitive moves in industrial robots, pick-and-place stations, and indexing conveyors.
The drive draws a maximum apparent input of 22.5 kVA, and it delivers a continuous output of 200 A to the connected motor. Its power stage switches at 4 kHz, which shapes the motor phase voltage during operation. Protection to IP65 helps seal the housing against dust and water jets, while natural convection air cooling removes heat without forced ventilation. A bleeder resistor rated for 1.0 kW of continuous dissipation handles braking energy. Ambient absolute humidity must not exceed 25 g water per m³, installation is limited to 1000 m elevation, and digital servo feedback supports closed-loop control with standard acoustic emission in the 100 A to 200 A range.
During emergency stops, the resistor can tolerate 40 kW of peak load, and the DC bus can absorb up to 10 kWs of regenerated energy before diversion begins. The power stage supports a continuous mechanical load of 15 kW, which suits mid-range servo motors used with cutters, presses, or large-format actuators. The assembly weighs 22 kg, allowing direct cabinet mounting without external supports. The compact enclosure also helps keep the installation footprint manageable in sealed machine-mounted layouts. The command module is Single Axis Positioning, and function code version 01, along with hardware Series 1 and Version 1, identifies this release.
