The DDC01.1-K200A-DL04-01-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It combines a closed-loop power stage, a single-axis positioning command module, and digital servo feedback evaluation in one unit. This arrangement allows one motor axis to be moved, monitored, and held accurately in automated assembly cells, packaging lines, and material-handling equipment. The drive processes command and feedback data internally so that position and motion remain stable during normal machine operation.

The controller accepts 15 opto-isolated binary inputs and provides 16 binary outputs for field sensors and actuators. Its encoder interface processes input pulses up to 1000 kHz, and the internal power section can deliver a continuous drive current of 200 A to the connected motor. A logic connector supplies 250 mA at 5 V for peripheral electronics, which supports external control and feedback devices without a separate low-power supply for that connection. A serial cable may be up to 30 m long and carries square-wave position signals with a high level of 2.5 V and a low level of 0.5 V. These signals are evaluated with 4-fold interpolation, which improves position resolution before the control section calculates the final motor position. The phase-shifted channels Ua1 at 0° and Ua2 at 90° support fine position calculation during axis movement. The 5 V logic rail also powers external encoders, and the drive is series 1 and version 1. Because cooling relies on convection rather than forced fans, cabinet airflow requirements remain simpler while accurate phase-angle tracking is maintained at the motor shaft.
