The DDC01.1-K200A-DL04-00 is a digital intelligent servo drive engineered by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It integrates power electronics, a DSM software module, and signal conditioning to drive brushless servo motors while processing real-time encoder data. In automated lines, the unit combines drive and control functions, and its internal logic handles positioning commands, trajectory motion, and velocity regulation so cabinet layouts can remain compact without a separate PLC. This arrangement allows the drive to manage axis motion directly while maintaining closed-loop control from the connected motor feedback.

Electrically, the inverter delivers a continuous output of 200 A, making it suitable for motors that draw high current during acceleration and sustained operation. Heat is removed by natural convection air cooling, eliminating the need for forced ventilation when ambient airflow is adequate. A command module for single-axis positioning executes homing, indexing, and dwell routines directly in the drive, while motor feedback is processed as digital servo signals to close the loop over three supply phases.
