The DDC01.1-K200A-DG01-00 is a servo drive manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. Acting as a combined controller and power stage, it executes axis programs, conditions power, and delivers closed-loop torque to a motor that returns digital servo feedback. Mounted directly on equipment in washdown or machining zones, the housing eliminates the need for a separate cabinet and supports automation tasks such as positioning tables, pick-and-place heads, and other machine-side servo axes.

This model supplies a continuous phase current of 200 A, so conductors, circuit breakers, and busbars must accommodate that load. A protective circuit disconnects the DC link at 475 V to shield the IGBTs from mains transients. Heat leaves the enclosure through natural convection air cooling, avoiding fan maintenance while still meeting the standard noise class for 100 A to 200 A ratings. The die-cast frame meets IP65, permitting direct machine-side installation even in spray zones.
