Product Description:
The DDC01.1 K200A-DA05-00 is a digital intelligent servo drive from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It conditions three-phase input power for synchronous motors used on pick-and-place modules, material handling systems, and CNC feed axes. Because the sealed cast housing can be flange mounted directly on the machine frame, motor leads can remain short and heat can be kept out of the control cabinet. The unit accepts velocity or torque references from a master controller and performs closed-loop current regulation for accurate motion.
Power is supplied at 3 x 230 VAC, and the drive can deliver a maximum phase current of 200 A for demanding acceleration and load changes. Its power section draws 22.5 kVA from the input supply, while insulated-gate transistors switch at 4 kHz to shape the output for the connected motor. Thermal energy is removed by natural convection air cooling, so no fan hardware is required. The integrated analog interface command module converts ±10 V reference signals into internal setpoints, and the digital servo feedback channel reads rotor position for closed-loop operation. With a depth of 275 mm and a width of 298 mm, the unit fits standard machine panels, and the product is Series 1 and Version 1.
During deceleration, the internal bleeder can dissipate up to 40 kW in short bursts and 0.25 kW continuously to limit DC-link overvoltage from regenerated energy. Steady heat generated by the control electronics totals 500 W, which is useful when planning enclosure ventilation. The housing is rated IP65, allowing direct machine installation in dusty or wet production areas, and operation is permitted at elevations up to 1000 m. A 75 m feedback cable carries digital position data, the unit falls within the standard 100 A to 200 A noise emission band, and the assembly weighs 22 kg.
