The DDC01.1-K200A-D is a digital intelligent servo drive manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and supplied within the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. As a drive controller, it converts DC-link energy into three-phase output for servo motors and provides closed-loop speed and torque regulation in industrial handling machines, assembly gantries, and packaging lines. This unit is series 1 and version 1.
The drive delivers a continuous output of 90 A and can be loaded up to a rated peak of 200 A for brief acceleration demands. Mechanical output is sustained at 15 kW during thermal equilibrium and can reach 33 kW during short-term overloads. Pulse-width modulation is generated at 4 kHz, a switching speed that balances dynamic motor control with manageable electromagnetic interference. Natural convection cooling removes internal heat without forced airflow, and the noise emission remains within the standard 100 A to 200 A acoustic band. Electrical installation requires no more than 22.5 kVA from the supply bus, and the 22 kg mass supports rigid mounting on vertical panels. Reliable operation is permitted up to 1,000 m above sea level.
