The DDC01.1-K150A-DL30-01-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It converts three-phase mains power into regulated output for a matched servo motor while executing positioning tasks through an integrated single-axis controller. Used in automated assembly stations, gantry axes, and packaging lines, the unit synchronizes motor torque and speed with programmable motion profiles, forming the interface between machine sequence logic and mechanical movement.

At the power stage, the drive delivers a continuous output of 150 A, enabling direct coupling to medium-inertia servomotors without external boosters. It is supplied from a 3 x 230 V AC network that may vary by +10% or -15% and operates at line frequencies of 50–60 Hz. Internal control electronics are energized by a field interface that accepts 24 V DC at 150 mA, isolating logic circuits from the mains. The integrated Single Axis Positioning command module works with digital servo feedback to close the velocity and position loops in real time. For process interlocks, two programmable analog outputs provide a symmetrical span of ±10 V, allowing proportional speed or torque references for peripheral devices. Cooling is done through natural convection, so installation is possible on sealed machine walls without supplementary fans. The housing carries an IP65 rating, blocking dust ingress and high-pressure water projected from any direction. When the incoming DC link rises above 475 V, the overvoltage monitor shuts the drive down, while a secondary Ud contact, armed at 200 V, signals upstream control equipment that residual energy is still present. Acoustic performance meets the standard 100 A to 200 A noise class, keeping sound levels moderate. The analog monitor channel can drive a 4 mA load, letting instrumentation confirm actual axis conditions without additional amplifiers.
