The DDC01.1-K150A-DL20-00 is a digital intelligent servo drive manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. As a closed-loop power module, it coordinates servo motors in production machinery and material-handling axes, executing velocity and position loops inside the drive instead of in a higher-level PLC. This arrangement keeps motion response local to the drive and reduces dependence on external control processing for routine axis moves. Its integrated single-axis positioning command module supports compact, cabinet-mounted motion control in distributed automation.

The output stage supports a rated current of 150 A, allowing the motor to draw high peak torque without saturating the power section. The drive is Series 1 and Version 1. For steady motion, the inverter delivers 15 kW of mechanical power, while short accelerations are handled with a 25 kW peak capability. Excess DC-bus energy is absorbed by an internal bleeder that dissipates 1.0 kW continuously and up to 40 kW momentarily, preventing overvoltage during dynamic braking. During rapid-stop sequences, the drive can return 10 kWs of regenerative energy to the DC bus or divert it to the bleeder if the intermediate circuit is saturated.
