Product Description:
The DDC01.1-K150A-DL11-01-FW is a servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. This Series 1, Version 1 unit controls a single rotary axis in automated machinery. It interprets motion programs, energizes the attached motor, and exchanges position data through digital servo feedback to maintain precise closed-loop regulation on production lines and robotic stations. It is suited to applications that require repeatable axis positioning and stable speed control under changing load conditions.
This drive delivers a continuous output of 150 A while relying on natural convection air cooling to remove heat from its power electronics. A control circuit trips when the DC bus rises to 475 V or falls below 200 V, and a separate overcurrent limiter opens at 1.5× rated current to protect the output stage. The integrated positioning module stores up to 3000 program blocks for rapid job selection. Command execution uses a 10 ms clear signal, a 20 ms enable delay, and a 0.3 s start pulse, and after mains energization the controller observes a 3 s power-up delay. Motion commands are sent over RS-232/RS-485, while digital servo feedback returns position data for closed-loop control. Acoustic output is rated as standard within the 100 A to 200 A operating range.
An IP65 housing permits mounting outside a control cabinet without additional covers. Field wiring is handled through a 34-pin female CTA connector for discrete I/O and a 9-pin D-Sub male port for serial diagnostics or parameter transfer. The discrete I/O connector provides a dedicated path for control signals used by the positioning functions. The serial port supports setup and data access without a separate interface module. The single-axis positioning function uses the internal program memory to execute deterministic motion profiles, and the enclosure allows installation close to the motor or directly on moving machinery.
