The DDC01.1-K150A-DL11-00 is a digital intelligent servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. Designed for cabinet-free mounting on machinery, the unit supplies regulated power and motion commands to an attached servomotor in industrial automation cells. Its built-in control section interprets stored motion programs, issues torque or velocity references, and monitors feedback signals so a single mechanical axis can be positioned accurately during packaging, material transfer, or general assembly tasks.

Power for the drive arrives on a three-phase supply of 3 x 230 V AC (+10%/-15%) at 50/60 Hz, and the converter can deliver up to 150 A of output to the motor windings. A separate logic supply of 24 V DC is required; it draws only 150 mA to run the microprocessor, position module, and relay circuits. The electronics remain within safe operating limits thanks to cooling by natural convection. Internally, the Single Axis Positioning command module directs motion sequences, while digital servo feedback closes the speed and position loops. Safety relays are available through a ready contact rated 24 VDC / 1 A, and the Ud threshold of 200 V supervises intermediate circuit undervoltage.

The drive shuts down above an intermediate-circuit potential of 475 V to protect devices connected to the power bus. Its sealed casting meets the IP65 ingress rating, allowing installation directly on moving axes without a control cabinet. Up to 3000 program blocks can be stored in nonvolatile memory, enabling complex motion profiles while keeping noise emission within the specified Standard (100 A to 200 A) band. Diagnostics and parameter loading occur through a RS 232/RS 485 service port, and application wiring is routed via a 34-pin female programming connector plus relay outputs rated 250 VAC / 1 A.
