Product Description:
The DDC01.1-K150A-DL08-00 is a digital intelligent servo drive from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It contains a single-axis positioning module that works with Indramat servo motors to provide closed-loop speed and position control for automated machines, transfer lines, and material-handling stations. An integrated power stage and sealed housing support cabinet-free mounting next to the motor, shortening cable runs and helping distribute motion control across the production floor. This layout keeps the drive close to the axis and supports compact machine arrangements.
The drive accepts three-phase power of 3 x AC 220/230 V at 50/60 Hz, and its output stage supplies up to 150 A to the motor. The enclosure is rated IP65, and heat is removed by natural convection air cooling, so no fans are required. A 24 V DC logic rail draws 150 mA for the control inputs, and the same rail feeds Bb contacts rated at DC 24 V, 1 A. Digital servo feedback returns position data, while an overvoltage trip responds if the DC link exceeds 475 V. The Ud relay is rated at 250 V AC, 1 A and changes state when bus voltage rises above 200 V, allowing safety interlocks.
Motion sequences reside in a nonvolatile store sized for 3,000 blocks, allowing complex path definitions without an external PLC. Stored moves remain available after power cycling, which supports repeated axis tasks in automated lines. Status or setpoint data can be issued through the analog channel, which supports a load of 4 mA and a signal range of ±10 V, making it compatible with standard controller inputs. Encoder information can travel along the shielded feedback cable for distances up to 75 m, which simplifies the layout of large transfer systems while preserving signal fidelity. The unit is Series 1 and Version 1, and it handles positioning and limit monitoring locally.
