The DDC01.1-K150A-DL05-01-FW is a digital servo drive in the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It acts as the combined power stage and motion controller for a single rotary or linear axis in automated equipment. By integrating power electronics with closed-loop regulation, the unit commands torque, speed, and position while reading high-resolution digital servo feedback from the connected motor. Its modular architecture allows the drive to be matched with different motor sizes without altering the control program, which supports use in positioning tables, transfer axes, and similar automated motion systems.

It provides two analog monitor outputs that swing between ±10 V and can be loaded with up to 4 mA, allowing internal parameters to be viewed on test equipment. All control electronics are supplied from a field rail of 24 V DC, and they draw only 150 mA, so a compact auxiliary supply is sufficient. The built-in Single Axis Positioning command module executes motion sequences downloaded over the RS232/RS485 programming link. Heat is removed by natural convection through the finned enclosure, and the housing is sealed to IP65, permitting installation directly on machinery outside a control cabinet. Noise emission is classified as Standard for the 100 A to 200 A range. Up to 3000 program blocks can be stored in on-board memory for independent positioning tasks, which allows repeated moves to be executed without constant intervention from a higher-level controller.
