The DDC01.1-K150A-DL04-00 is a digital intelligent servo drive manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. This unit serves as the power and control interface between the mains supply and a synchronous servo motor, providing closed-loop regulation for automated axes in assembly, handling, and machining lines where repeatable positioning is required. It includes a single-axis positioning command module with function code 04, so stored motion sequences can run without an external PLC and point-to-point moves can be handled directly by the drive. This allows simple local positioning tasks to be managed inside the unit during normal machine operation.
The drive accepts a three-phase supply of 3 x AC 220/230 V at 50/60 Hz and converts it into controlled armature power. Noise emission remains within the standard range used for 100 A to 200 A devices. Under normal duty, the power section delivers a rated current of 150 A, and the IP65 housing allows installation close to the motor without a separate cabinet. Heat is dissipated by natural convection air cooling, eliminating the need for forced cooling hardware. Internal logic uses dedicated low-current supply rails, and the control input draws 150 mA from the control supply. Relay outputs include a Bb contact rated at 24 V DC / 1 A and a Ud contact rated at 250 V AC / 1 A for status signaling and machine interlocks.
Application functions are supported by an analog output that sources up to 4 mA across a range of ±10 V, which can be used for reference or status transmission. Program memory stores up to 3000 blocks of positioning code, and command and enable lines operate on 24 V DC to match common industrial control circuits. Stored programs support repeatable indexing and short local motion routines for compact automated stations. Motor position is returned through Digital Servo Feedback for high-resolution correction during motion. Series 1 and Version 1 identify the unit revision, and the integrated I/O supports fast response in stored positioning tasks.
