Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s DDC01.1-K100A-DS24-03-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive in the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It is intended to run brushless servomotors in industrial automation cells where accurate position, speed, and torque control are required. The unit combines a power section with a motion-control layer that uses motor-mounted digital feedback to close the control loop. That arrangement lets the drive correct deviations quickly when axis demand changes. It is suited to packaging equipment, transfer systems, and other machines that depend on repeatable servo behavior.

The command module is a SERCOS Interface, allowing fiber-optic communication with higher-level controllers. During rapid deceleration, the bleeder can absorb up to 20 kW, and the DC bus can take back as much as 10 kWs of regenerated energy. These energy-handling values are important when the axis must slow heavy loads or reverse direction quickly. The housing is rated IP65, which helps protect internal parts from dust and low-pressure water jets. Total mass is 22 kg, so the unit can be mounted in a panel without unusual support requirements.
