Product Description:
The DDC01.1-K100A-DL28-00 is a servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It coordinates a single motor axis through an integrated positioning command module and combines closed-loop speed and position control in one housing. This arrangement suits packaging lines, transfer stations, and other automated equipment that requires precise axis movement. It is intended for applications that need stored positioning routines without adding a separate motion controller at the axis level.
This drive supplies up to 100 A of continuous output to the connected motor while maintaining standard noise emission for the 100 A to 200 A range. Logic circuits operate from 24 V DC and draw a control input current of 150 mA, so only a small auxiliary supply is needed for the electronics. Parameter access is available through a CTA service port with a 34-pin female connector, while a separate 9-pin D-sub male port provides the programming link. Program transfer and diagnostics use serial communication, and diagnostic analog values can also be read as ±10 V signals. The service and programming connections separate parameter access from motor power wiring, which helps keep setup and diagnostics organized at the machine. Axis sequences are stored in nonvolatile memory, and the housing has an IP65 rating that allows direct machine mounting without a protective cabinet. Natural convection air cooling removes internally generated heat, and digital servo feedback is supported over motor and power cable lengths of up to 75 m.
Protection functions include an overcurrent trip at 1.5× rated current and an overvoltage shutdown at 475 V; a separate Ud contact warns when the DC link drops below 200 V. These protection thresholds help limit fault stress during abnormal operating conditions. The onboard memory can store up to 3000 blocks of positioning data, and those motion blocks are loaded or edited through the RS 232/RS 485 interface. The drive is Series 1 and Version 1. Its control architecture supports repeatable positioning sequences together with digital servo feedback for automated motion tasks.
