The DDC01.1-K100A-DL26-01-FW is a drive unit produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It converts three-phase mains power into regulated motor power while executing motion commands in automated machinery. The integrated single-axis positioning command module lets a controller issue position or speed references directly through the drive, making it suitable for packaging lines, handling systems, and other installations that require coordinated movement. Because the positioning function is built in, the unit can manage axis motion without relying on a separate external positioning stage.

Electrically, the drive accepts a three-phase supply of 3 × 220 V (+15/−10 %) or 3 × 230 V (+10/−15 %) at 50 to 60 Hz, and it may be connected to mains sources up to 18 kVA. The inverter carrier is fixed at a PWM frequency of 4 kHz, which gives the power stage a consistent switching rate during operation. During sustained operation, the power section delivers 70 A of continuous motor current, while the rated channel can reach 100 A for brief acceleration peaks. A continuous bleeder handles 0.5 kW of dissipative braking and is reinforced by a 20 kW peak bleeder for short energy surges. The internal DC bus can safely absorb 7 kWs of regenerated energy before external dumping is required.

Thermally and mechanically, the unit supports a continuous mechanical output of 12 kW and tolerates 17 kW for short motion bursts. Power loss is limited to 420 W, so the housing relies on natural convection instead of forced fans. This cooling approach and the IP65 enclosure keep dust and low-pressure water jets away from live components. Digital servo feedback from the motor closes the position loop used by the integrated command module, and noise emission stays within the standard band for this drive class. The cast alloy frame weighs 22 kg and may be mounted vertically or horizontally.
