Its rated output stage delivers 100 A while sustaining a continuous motor current of 70 A, allowing the drive to supply up to 12 kW of mechanical power to the connected motor. Its modulation devices switch at a carrier frequency of 4 kHz, which keeps current ripple low while permitting passive cooling.
