The DDC01.1-K100A-DL11-00/S001 is a digital intelligent servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. The unit supplies power and closed-loop control to industrial servo motors used in positioning and process equipment, so speed, torque, and position can be corrected during operation. Its integrated command module supports single-axis positioning, allowing motion sequences to run locally without an external controller. This arrangement lets compact machines execute stored moves directly at the axis when only local positioning logic is needed.
The drive connects to a three-phase mains supply of 3 x 230 V AC, and this supply feeds the internal converter that delivers up to 100 A of continuous motor current. An overvoltage trip at 475 V disconnects the power stage if regenerated energy drives the DC bus too high, while an undervoltage threshold of 200 V prevents operation when the source sags. Cooling relies on natural airflow through the finned heat sink, so fan maintenance is not required. Digital servo feedback from the attached motor provides real-time position data to the single-axis positioning block, and the standard noise emission rating for the 100 A to 200 A class reflects normal electromagnetic behavior for this output range.
The housing has IP65 protection, allowing mounting outside a sealed cabinet in dusty or humid areas. User programs of up to 3000 blocks reside in nonvolatile memory, and the controller offers 5 plug-in slots for optional I/O or fieldbus cards. A minimum clearance of 300 mm above and below the unit is required to sustain convection cooling and preserve vertical airflow around the enclosure. The unit is series 1 and version 1.
