The DDC01.1-K100A-DC04-01-FWAC servo drive made by Bosch Rexroth is a current drive. This digital AC drive comes with an S1 fault reset key and an H1 status display on its front panel. The product is not susceptible to circuitry interference. The control and signal leads of the device as well as power cables must be routed through separated cable ducts whenever possible. The unit supports the application of 3 x 230VAC +10% -15% to the drive controller. Its components must be compatible with the respective mains voltage. The drive controller housing should be connected to the machine chassis for electrical conductivity.
The control, monitoring, diagnosis, and parametrization of the AC drive are digitally performed using a signal processor. The product can be equipped with a one-axis positioning module. This module supports a user-oriented programming language. The basic unit of the drive controller for the device is designed with a DC bus rectifier, a bleeder resistor, and a mains section. The resistor absorbs the energy during braking while the mains section is used for control voltages.
