Product Description:
The DDC01.1-K100A-DA09-00/S001 servo drive is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It converts line power into precisely modulated three-phase output for closed-loop motor regulation in automated assembly cells, packaging stations, and material-handling lines, where accurate speed and torque control are required. A sealed housing, natural convection cooling, and an analog command module support decentralized mounting so the unit can manage axis motion without a separate control rack. Its machine-mounted layout is also useful where cabinet space is limited.
Under steady duty, it sustains a mechanical load of 6 kW. Applications that demand quick bursts can call on 12 kW for short intervals and up to 17 kW during peak events. Excess DC-bus energy is dissipated through a bleeder rated at 0.25 kW continuously and 20 kW in short spikes, working with the 10 kWs regeneration capacity to help stabilize the intermediate circuit voltage. A 24 V DC control supply maintains logic functions, and the analog interface accepts reference values from a motion controller while digital servo feedback returns position data. This allows the drive to process command and feedback signals within the same housing. With a 4 kHz pulse frequency, the inverter stages deliver fine current resolution. No-load losses are about 500 W, and the enclosure weighs 22 kg. The noise emission is standard for the 100 A to 200 A class.
The power section draws 18 kVA at full rating and delivers up to 100 A of phase current to the motor windings. An overvoltage trip at 475 V disconnects the DC link before semiconductor stress increases, helping protect both the drive and connected equipment during supply disturbances or regenerative events. The enclosure has an IP65 rating, allowing installation directly on the machine frame in dusty areas or locations exposed to low-pressure water spray without an added protective cabinet. The sealed enclosure helps keep contaminants away from internal components during normal operation.
