Internal Product Review
The DDC01.1-K050B-DL43-01-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive configured for single-axis positioning. The Bosch Rexroth Indramat unit pairs 3 x AC 230 V mains input with a 50 A rated current for strong, stable drive performance. IP65 protection and natural convection cooling make the drive especially appealing for enclosed industrial installations.

Product Description:
The DDC01.1-K050B-DL43-01-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive from the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It integrates a power inverter with a single-axis positioning command module to synchronize a brushless motor with programmed motion profiles in automated machinery. Digital servo feedback is processed in real time to adjust current, velocity, and position, making the unit suitable for pick-and-place systems, gantries, and other precision stations.
It draws its mains supply through 3 x AC 230 V connections that accept line deviations of +10% / -15%, allowing operation on factory power networks without a dedicated transformer. The permitted supply frequency spans 50 to 60 Hz, and the power section can deliver a continuous output of 50 A to the motor phases while cooling is handled by natural air convection, eliminating the need for forced fans. An enclosure classification of IP65 shields the electronics from dust and low-pressure water jets when the drive is mounted outside the control cabinet. The command module supports positioning routines, and reduced noise emission aids compliance with plant acoustic limits.
For system protection, the output stage triggers an overcurrent fault at 1.5 × rated current, and an overvoltage shutdown engages at 475 V DC while undervoltage monitoring trips below 200 V DC to prevent control loss. The internal logic requires an on-pulse of 100 ms before evaluating servo-ready status. A 30 s overtemperature delay allows brief thermal excursions without immediate shutdown, and a bleeder prewarning is issued when regenerative energy reaches 75% of the continuous bleeder capacity so deceleration ramps can be reduced. The hardware uses a Series 1 layout that shares terminal assignments with other DDC drives, and function code version 01 is used for this unit.
