The DDC01.1-K050A-DL28-01-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. As a closed-loop controller, it converts a three-phase AC supply into regulated motor power and executes motion sequences for single machine axes in automated lines. It supports independent positioning tasks in distributed industrial automation that requires precise speed and torque regulation. In operation, the unit supplies controlled motor power for axis movement, speed changes, and repeatable stopping behavior.

The control section is equipped with a single-axis positioning command module, five diagnostic LEDs, and two diagnostic outputs that report status to higher-level controls. A total of 5 plug-in slots are available for application-specific option cards, which allows the interface set to be expanded for different machine requirements. The power section draws three-phase AC and can deliver a continuous current of 50 A to the connected motor.
