The DDC01.1-K050A-DL05-01-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. It is delivered as Series 1, Version 1 and provides closed-loop power and control to synchronous servo motors used on packaging lines, handling robots, and other CNC equipment. By combining a built-in controller with drive electronics, it can execute programmed motion sequences at the axis level without relying on a separate external controller for every task, which helps simplify panel layouts in industrial automation.

The drive delivers a continuous output of 50 A, and protection against excessive load is provided by an overcurrent limit that trips above 75 A. Motor data and positioning commands can be exchanged over the RS-232/RS-485 serial interface, which supports parameter transfer and diagnostics during operation. Thermal energy is removed by natural convection air cooling, so a free air outlet clearance of 300 mm is required above the heat sink for proper airflow.
