Product Description:
The DDC01.1-K050A-DL04-00 is a digital intelligent servo drive built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the DDC Digital Intelligent Servo Drives series. An integrated single-axis positioning command module allows the unit to control brushless servo motors directly on production equipment. It provides closed-loop regulation of speed, torque, and position in automated assembly, material handling, and packaging lines. The integrated positioning function lets the drive manage individual axis movements without relying on a separate positioning module. That layout supports compact machine designs where motion control hardware must stay close to the motor and the driven mechanism.
The drive draws a connected load of 12.8 kVA and provides 8.5 kW of output power during continuous duty, while 300 W of internal loss is removed by natural convection air cooling. Its power section is rated for 50 A phase current, and a pulse-width-modulated inverter switching at 4 kHz helps reduce current ripple in the motor windings. A permanent bleeder circuit provides 0.25 kW of continuous braking capability so regenerated energy from deceleration can be absorbed safely. Digital servo feedback from the motor supports precise positioning, and the unit is Series 1, Version 1 with Function Code 04. Noise emission is standard, and the drive has a mass of 21 kg.
During rapid stops or axis reversals, a dynamic bleeder allows up to 10 kW of peak energy dissipation, and the internal capacitor bank can accept 4 kWs of regenerated energy before the bleeder engages. The bleeder and capacitor bank manage braking energy so the DC bus stays within its operating range during deceleration. The housing is sealed to IP65, helping keep out dust and low-pressure water jets. The drive can be installed up to 1000 m above sea level and in ambient temperatures up to +55 °C. Relative humidity may reach 95% without condensation.
