Product Description:
The DDC01.1-K050A-DA02-00 manufactured by Bosch Rexroth is used in the control of digital AC servo drives. A fully configured DDC drive controller consists of the following components; the basic unit, the software module, a DLC single-axis positioning module, an optional plug-in module, and a configuration type plate. The drive controller is integrated with a DLC single-axis positioning module for application in complex finishing operations, like transfer systems. The DDC drive controller has an IP 65 protection class and can be installed directly to a forward feed unit. The protection class also reduces cable connections, which are subject to faults and damage due to excessive heat emitted during operation. A forward feed unit can be operated as a standalone unit when the DDC drive controller is connected. It can also be serviced and tested independently without interfering with other machine components.
The drive controller is supplied with two housing designs: a modular housing with IP10 protection class or a compact housing with IP65 protection category. Modular housing allows for the use of several drive controllers combined with AC servo drives and AC main spindle drives (drive package), which are connected to a single power supply unit. The supply unit can be connected to a three-phase power line with a voltage of 3 x AC 380 to 460 V, 50 to 60 Hz.
The DDC01.1-K050A-DA02-00 is used with optional auxiliary plug-in cards that have different addresses set on each card. The plug-in cards include the DEA 4.1, DEA 5.1, and DEA 6.1. Each plug-in module has 15 inputs and 16 outputs used by the drive controller to exchange binary signals, display fault messages, and signal the operation mode.
